In short, the custom design process begins with a meeting with us, whether that be in person if you’re in the Milwaukee area, or via phone or e-mail.  We love getting to know our brides and this personal connection helps us create one-of-a-kind invitations for you!  That first discussion will go over what you are looking for in your wedding invitations as well as details about your event. 

We then make 2-3 samples of your wedding invitation for you based on the information you gave us in that first meeting.  First samples take 2 weeks to design and ship to you.

After the first samples are reviewed by you, we have a second meeting, or discussion, to create your final invitation sample.  This final sample will be more or less what your wedding invitation will look like.  The second and final sample takes 1 week to create and ship to you. 

Final invitations take approximately 2-3 weeks to print and assemble and ship out to you.  Please allow at least 2 months for the custom design process, from start to finish.  Rush service is available for an additional charge.

The Signature Collection Process...

First, purchase the signature design of your choice.  After you purchase your set, submit all of your wedding information to us via email.  We then send you a digital proof of your invitation and enclosures.

**It is YOUR responsibility to thoroughly proof read the digital proof! 

Once you verify that everything is correct, we begin printing.  The Signature Collection designs take up to 2 weeks to create and ship after the digital proof is approved by you.
